In-Person Class Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event are refunded minus a $15 administration fee.
  2. Cancellations 2 to 7 days before an event are refunded at 50%.
  3. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  4. Berkeley Herbal Center requires an 8-student minimum to hold any in-person class. If a course must be canceled by us, a full refund will be given.

Online Class Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for online class purchases. Our online class recordings are emailed to you immediately upon purchase. If you are unhappy with your class, feel free to contact us at info@berkeleyherbalcenter.org.

Certification Program Deposit & Tuition Payment Information

Certification program applicants are required to pay a deposit at the time of application. $250 of this deposit is a non- refundable application fee

Your deposit is required in order for your application to be considered.

If we are unable to accept you into our program, your deposit, minus the non-refundable $250 application fee will be refunded.

Deposit payments are due with your program application.

The remaining balance of your tuition is due on or before the first day of class.

Students have 30 days(after the first day of classes) in which they can drop out the Program for a refund of $4400. Deposits are non-refundable after your program begins.

There are no refunds on tuition after this 30 day period.

For continuing Berkeley Herbal Center Students your deposit is due 30 days prior to the program start date.
