This free, one-day festival is a joyful explosion of Berkeley’s spirit, weaving together dance, healing arts, and global wellness traditions. Immerse yourself in live folk tradition performances, interactive workshops, herbal consultations, nurturing bodywork, and land-based practices from around the world. With over 50 wellness booths, vital community resources, creative art activities, and accessible programming for all ages and abilities, CHD is where neighbors connect, create, and cultivate well-being together.
