May is a time when the garden really begins to burst into bloom, the flowers, bees and birds are all out in full swing. We will tour the farm to see what is growing and happening this time of year. As well as harvest some early crops, learning the proper harvesting techniques for each.
We will also learn how to collect wild yeast from plants in the garden to make herbal sodas and meads. We will also learn to propagate plants though cuttings, digging and dividing.
