We will spend this day exploring how to cultivate edible and medicinal mushrooms at home. We’ll talk about the easy ones, the hard ones, and the impossible ones. We’ll go through the process step by step and discuss what could go right and what could go wrong. Then we’ll get our hands in it and make oyster mushroom kits to take home and grow out.
